Normal Heights Home Remodel Project
We recently remodeled this condo located in Normal Heights. The bathroom looked dated and showed signs of wear in the shower and vanity spaces. The flooring throughout the home was an older style that also looked worn and dated. Our client had recently purchased this condo and reached out to us prior to moving in to inquire about our full home remodeling services.
With a dated bathroom, outdated flooring, and a kitchen space that also needed some TLC, our client decided to go forward with a full home remodel. Our design team met with the client to highlight the spaces that needed remodeling. After understanding the vision, our design team put together a blueprint. The project took 3 1/2 weeks to complete but the results are beautiful. Now our client’s condo looks modern and welcoming.
We removed the flooring and replaced it with laminate flooring. We replaced the countertop in the kitchen and installed a white quartz countertop. We replaced the tile in the bathroom and installed a new vanity and mirror with a white countertop and gold hardware We installed a new bathtub and used vertical subway tiles with a porcelain finish. We also used gold hardware fo the shower and installed a Japanese toilet.
